HIIT BY FOCUS

Hybrid HIIT is a class-based training methodology with versatility at its heart, contributing to developing well rounded athletes (that's anyone and everyone, not just professional athletes, btw.) who are not bound by any one skill or discipline, but enhanced by many.

 

Hybrid illustrates our ability to perform over various training formats and functions, while developing skills across many disciplines. We do not define ourselves by one movement, function or format, be it bodybuilding or bodyweight... we enhance ourselves by many. From Kettlebell Conditioning to Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting to Bodyweight, Boxing to Indoor Cycling; we are here to be better, healthier and happier.

HIIT is our focus. That means we incorporate HIIT elements throughout our workouts, developing power, agility and functional movement, while bringing you some super unique, high-energy, sweat inducing classes!

While Hybrid HIIT is predominately a class-based methodology training system, we as coaches know and understand the benefit that one-to-one training can have on someones life. So we cannot hold back here. Having a personal trainer and coach can give someone that push and boost of confidence to take their game to the next level. We've seen countless people transform. And now, it's your turn.

 

Our coaches work with clients both online and in person with a defined and refined coaching process developed by industry professionals that deep-dives into your Nutrition, Movement and Lifestyle; with effective benchmarking and periodical review's to ensure you get the results that you desire!

HYBRID CHALLENGE

It's important to keep track and for both you and the coach to be accountable to the process. Therefore, drive forward not only with your determination, but challenge yourself with our periodical testing days, and benchmarked workouts, which are programmed from one cycle to another enabling you to get insight into your performance improvements month to month.

You can also track your progress with the Hybrid HIIT Band Progression System, that lays out 5 progressive benchmarks progression stages to challenging participants with their movement skill and capacity, strength, endurance and power.
