Our Head Coach and Founder. From delivering on the front line, to designing programming, Lloyd looks to provide Hybrid Athletes with an overall balance of bodyweight, strength, upper body, lower body, combatives and cardio to ensure that you can become a well rounded athlete! Feel assured that Lloyd can tailor your program around your needs and setup a road map to success that works for you!
Lloyd specialises in strength conditioning, HIIT and calisthenics, with a passion for boxing fitness.
