Hybrid HIIT offers unique group classes that are high energy, chalenging, safe and a whole lot of fun! Looking to learn how to move better? Move outside of your comfort zone? Then look no further. We team up with partners to deliver these classes in some of the best gyms around town!

None of our classes are choreographed, and none of our classes are repeated! We mix up strength, HIIT and cardio training formats so you can get an awesome workout! 

CLASSES

Classes start at BD25 per month, with an Al Nakheel Membership. Facility Memberships start at BD70 per month with some great options for 3,6 and 12 months!

Classes ran by HybridHIIT and their trainers are Private Group Classes, and are run in partnership with this facility.

The pictures speak for themselves! Al Nakheel Premium is Bahrain's Premium facility and offers some of the best Strength and Conditioning equipment in the world. With a 35m turf, amazing machines and the largest Outrace Multi Functional Frame in the Middle East, and now some of the best classes on the island, what are you waiting for?... Let's get moving!

HYBRID CLASSES

Our specialised training system also aims to ensure that no one athlete or person is bound by one single skill or discipline, but enhanced by many. We achieve this by supporting our clients with effective movement form and review, skill development and repetition of skill and application throughout our weekly classes, and providing expert coaching on various disciplines from Olympic Lifting to Boxing, Kettlebell Conditioning to Gymnastics, Indoor Cycling and so much more. Below is an outline of just some of the classes we have on offer:

HIIT Training

HYBRID HIIIT

It's in the name! This is where it all started. Hybrid HIIT is our flagship class that mixes up bodyweight and strength rounds, with inter round burners to take your workout to the next level!

Leg Workout

Legendary Legs

Who doesn't like a leg day? Legendary legs is a pure focus on the lower body, and the contents of that session is based around the programming of the macro cycle, ensuring we maximise our assets.

Strength Training

Hybrid STRENGTH

Typically a full-body strength session that focuses on Strength & Hypertrophy with sets and reps. This workout is great for contributing to that muscle fatigue.

Boxing

HYBRIDBOX

One of our favourites, HybridBOX mixes up various combatives skills with a focus on pure boxing, leaving you with an amazing high energy, stress relieving circuit class.

Cardio Training

CardioSC

CardioSC works on aerobic and anaerobic capacities through various forms and functions. Some days we are on the turf with Kettlebells and Battle Ropes, other days we are on the cardio machines going hard!

HIIT Training

PURE HIIT

Exactly what it says on the tin. This 45 minute session totals approximately 20 minutes of all out sweat HIIT fundamentals. Short. Fun. Effective.

Spinning

HYBRIDSPIN

Also a favourite. HybridSpin is unlike any other spin class. We mix up rounds on and off the bike, including strength, bodyweight, HIIT, with heavy hill climbs and super sprints! Don't miss out.

Bodyweight & Kettlebell workouts

BODYWEIGHT & BELLS

A specialised class focusing on a mixture of Gymnastic skills and calisthenics, and, bells of any kind: be it olympic barbells, kettlebells or dumbbells.  

Mobility Programme

MOBILITY & FLOW

This session is designed to work out al the niggles from the week and ensure that we stay on top of our recovery and keep ourselves in good shape.
