HybridHIIT was founded in 2021, and is primarily, a class-based concept that delivers on HIIT training with a twist. HIIT - High Intensity Interval training is simply a training format - it's here to stay - hate it or love it! For those with a love for HIIT training, that mega sweat-on, quick-convenient workouts, developing your strength, power and explosiveness.... HybridHIIT takes this format and mixes into various other forms and functions in the fitness world.
HybridHIIT aims to remain in and around movements that are functional - using various free weights, barbells, bodyweight and when available machines. So we mix up leg strength with plyometrics for killer leg days, into simple pure bodyweight HIIT days, or, with a complete spin into HybridBOX - our mix martial arts HIIT workout. An ever popular class is our HybridSPIN session which incorporates on-and-off the bike workouts with strength, bodyweight and cycling!
The glue? HIIT... and... high energy, positive-minded individuals looking to get the most out of their week!
As we said, primarily... we are a class based facility; but the world is ever evolving and we do not want our services to stop at our facility doors (hopefully across the globe sometime soon!) we want to make sure we can have the biggest impact on our athletes across various platforms; should that be one to one personal training for that focused goal orientated sessions; or online training in various formats.
